Essential oil holistic lifestyle methods are highly effective at reducing or eliminating insomnia. There are several ways to go about creating a lifestyle practice that will support and encourage full nights rest and better sleep. In this section we’ll create essential oil formulas and suggest different applications and practices for getting the most effective results.
You'll be introduced (if you haven't already in one of our other courses) to our system, Scent, Emotion and Intention, used as a base for more effective results. This practice binds a selected scent with the intention and emotion of your goal using the science behind scent memory.
